These are the rules for buying the books on trucker-kelly.com. They are short on purpose.
The books are written by Kelly Whitfield and provided by Kelly & Her Truck. Payments are processed by Stripe. When the checkout page says "Sold through Link", Link (a Stripe company) is the seller of record for the transaction: it takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and handles payment support. The books themselves are provided by us under these terms.
The book is for you and your household: read it on any of your devices, keep copies, print it for yourself. Please do not resell it, share the file or your link publicly, or upload it anywhere else.
Prices are shown in USD. They include sales tax or VAT where it applies. You pay the price shown on the checkout page before you confirm. When a sale with a countdown is shown, the sale price really ends at the time shown.
If the book is not for you, write within 7 days of buying and you get a full refund. You keep the book. The details are on the refund page. This promise comes on top of any rights you have by law.
The books share the author's knowledge and experience in good faith. They are general information, not professional advice for your particular situation. Use common sense, and always follow the safety instructions on any product you use.
As far as the law allows, liability for anything to do with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
